Dismantling storm damaged trees requires a systematic approach where the bottom line is 0% margin for error. In accordance with the City of Ottawa Tree Protection by Law, if the tree is an immediate threat then the tree may be removed immediately without a tree removal permit.
Most times after trees are removed, the material is rendered to its lowest potential in the form of mulch or firewood. We are aware the significance trees play in life, and we endeavor to celebrate the living memory of trees through craft. We practise artist-tree in the air and in the shop.
